November 2007 - We have moved!

We have shifted base to the picturesque village of Uppermill in Saddleworth, West Yorkshire. From my office I now have the stunning view of the hillside across the valley, lit by the warm early morning sun, or silhouetted against vivid sunsets - which means that I am tempted to paint rather than work! Artist illustrates book covers!

Our featured artist, Dave Millett, has been commissioned to illustrate some book covers.

Educational Printing Serices Limited, an educational publishing house, has produced some workbooks for primary school pupils. These use fun activities to help the pupils develop a basic vocabulary.

The images were developed using CGI techniques, modelling in 3D and post-processing in 2D.

Fresh from successfully restoring several photos for the Grandparent's Exhibition at Saddleworth Museum, the Proff-Art Gallery is about to launch a new service. We will bring your old, damaged and disappointing photos back to life! Depending on the condition of the original, the cost will be from £9 per restoration, including one 6" x 4" (15cm x 10cm) print of the restored photo.
